Rihanna seems like she is down for anything, anything except fish. Rihanna suffers from ichtyophobia<\/a>, which means she is afraid of fish. In an interview with Blender she told them:<\/p>\n

“I’m super-scared of sea creatures. Even tiny fish. One time I was in the water – and the water in Barbados is so clear you can see your feet – I saw all these tiny fish swimming around my feet, and I had a panic attack. I just froze. This man had to lift me out of the water.”<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

2. Johnny Depp<\/h2>\n

Coulrophobia<\/a> is a fear of clowns and actor Johnny Depp is absolutely terrified by them.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Australia\u2019s Courier Mail newspaper, Depp explains where his fear stems from:<\/p>\n

\u201cit\u2019s impossible, thanks to their painted-on smiles, to distinguish if they are happy or if they are about to bite your face off!\u201d Depp went on to say, \u201cthere always seemed to be a darkness lurking just under the surface, a potential for real evil.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Even though he hates clowns, Depp has a funny way of dealing with his phobia. He surrounds himself with clown paraphernalia with the hopes that it will ward off evil.<\/p>\n

3. Taylor Swift<\/h2>\n

Pop star Taylor Swift always seems so calm and collected, but one thing that absolutely freaks her out are sea urchins. In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres<\/a>, Taylor explains her fear about the spiky aquatic creatures:<\/p>\n

“They are sitting there, waiting to completely injure you.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

She then goes on to say:<\/p>\n

“It has barbs, and it goes into whatever it touches, and then you have to go the emergency room, and it has to be surgically removed,” “You could lose your foot. You could lose your hand. You could lose your hand trying to get it off of your foot! I don’t like sea urchins.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

4. Justin Timberlake<\/h2>\n

Pop heartthrob Justin Timberlake has an absolute disdain and fear of spiders. Arachnaphobia<\/a> as the phobia is called, is one of the most common fears that people have.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Smash Hits, Timberlake highlighted how much he hates spiders:<\/p>\n

“I’m really, really scared of spiders. I just hate them.<\/p>\n

“I was staying at a posh hotel and I had to call reception because I spotted one in my room. I was too scared to get rid of it myself.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

5. Oprah Winfery<\/h2>\n

I\u2019d never think that one of the most powerful women in the world, TV mogul Oprah Winfrey is afraid of\u2026 gum<\/strong>! As it often happens in our life, this fear originates from Oprah\u2019s childhood:<\/p>\n

My grandmother used to save [used gum] in little rows in the cabinet,\u201d Oprah Winfrey once said. \u201cI\u2019d be scared to touch it because it was so gross. So I have a thing about gum. One guest in my home sat at the dinner table, took out some gum from her mouth and put it on her plate. After she left, I threw the plate out.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Actor Orlando Bloom has a genuine fear of pigs. It was reported that on the set of his movie Kingdom of Heaven, a pig escaped and the actor started to have a total panic attack. It was said that Bloom stayed in a van and did not come out until the animal handlers were able to put the pig back into the cage.<\/p>\n

7. Megan Fox<\/h2>\n

Actress Megan Fox, the female star of\u00a0 the first two Transformers films, has been documented as having multiple phobias.<\/p>\n

Fox suffers from Bacteriophobia<\/a>, this is where she is terrified of germs. This is the reason why she avoids using public toilets or restaurant cutlery. In an interview with Allure, Fox explains her disdain for germs:<\/p>\n

Every time someone uses a bathroom and they flush, all the bacteria are shot into the air. Putting my mouth where a million other mouths have been, just knowing all the bacteria that you carry in your mouth? Ucch!,<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Fox also suffers from achluphobia<\/a>, which means she is scared of the dark. In an earlier interview, Fox stated:<\/p>\n

I’ve been afraid of the dark all my life… I leave the lights on all the time and if the light is off, I have to run across the room to get to the switch.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It has also been documented that Fox has a fear of looking at her own photographs and videos from Transformers, when it was released. It was reported that she actually drank champagne to get the courage to watch herself in her movie.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t watch playback. I don\u2019t look at still photos. I have a phobia for it,\u201d she revealed, in another interview.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Matt Damon has Ophidiophobia<\/a>, which means he has a fear of snakes.<\/p>\n

On the set of his movie “We Bought a Zoo”, his co-star Scarlett Johansson noticed Damon’s fear of snakes and actually made fun of in. In an interview with People, she stated that:<\/p>\n

“He was definitely sweating a bit, and maybe the sweat formed in the corner of his eye,” “I said, ‘Matt, these kids are practically juggling the snakes. Hold it together.’<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Johansson remembers watching Damon<\/p>\n

“cry like a baby and rock back and forth when the snakes were spread all over the set.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

9. Madonna<\/h2>\n

Pop superstar musician Madonna suffers from Astraphobia<\/a>, which means she is terrified of thunder. You will never catch the material girl out when it is raining, especially when thunder is rolling.<\/p>\n

The most widely used and possibly the most effective treatment for astraphobia is exposure to thunderstorms and eventually building an immunity.<\/p>\n

10. Kim Kardashian<\/h2>\n

Media darling Kim Kardashian has a reputation for being photographed and not smiling or having apathetic expressions.

In a Twitter post, the curvy beauty explained the reason why she fears smiling (albeit jokingly)<\/p>\n
